Easter Tree Tutorial

I was going to make an easter try any way so I thought why not film it and make a video. I had already made some ornaments to go on to it so it was just a matter of picking the branches and putting it together.

History of the easter tree

The nordic tradition to pick and make a bundle of branches for easter date back to the 17th century. The bundle (or easter tree) was originally used as a whip. Famliy members whould then whip each other (not super hard) during easter to remind each other of the suffering of Christ. Somewhere along the line we stopped hitting each other with it and started to decorate it with feathers instead. As one does...
